  • Application Materials: statements of purpose, references, CVs, scholarship requests.
  • Learning Activity: course enrollments, progress, quiz/assignment submissions, forum posts.
  • Payments (if applicable): limited billing metadata (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, session logs, cookies (see Cookies).
  • Communications: messages sent to our support or faculty, attendance at live sessions/webinars.

4) How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve courses, certification, and student services.
  • Process applications, admissions decisions, enrollments, and scholarships.
